How can I book my holiday?

Once we confirm the availability, you can proceed with your booking. We will send you a “booking confirmation” email with all the information you need about the apartment and the bank details neede to proceed with the payment of the deposit, which must be payed within 3 days after receiving the email. Once we receive the payment, we will send you a further email confirmation.

Can I book a ground floor apartment or 2 contiguous apartments?

Yes, it is our priority to provide you with an apartment which corresponds to all your requirements. It is possible to choose among different types of apartments already from the home page of our website.

How are the keys delivered?

At your arrival, when a member of our staff will lead you to your apartment once you complete the registration procedure.

At what time can I enter the apartment?

You are expected to check-in from 1 pm to 7 pm. In case of early arrival, we recommend you to contact us, as most of the times it is possible to enter the apartment before the check-in time. In case of arrival after 8 pm, we kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible.

At what time do I have to check out?

Our apartments must be left before 9 am, in order to let us do the cleaning. Our priority is to help our new guests, especially if they had a long journey. When there aren’t any other forthcoming arrivals, it is possible to postpone the check out without any additional cost.

Air travelling, can I ask for a transfer service?

Yes, we can book a transfer service for you at a special price.

Is it possible to have additional beds or a cradle?

We recommend you not to add more than one bed, due to the rooms’ dimensions. It is indeed possible to ask for a maximum of 2 cradles for each apartment, with an additional cost of 30€ per each.

Are bedlinen and bathroom linen included?

It is possible to hire linen and towels with an additional cost of 20€ per each.

Is the check-in limited to a particular day of the week?

Check-in and check-out procedures are available every day of the week, with a minimum of 4 nights.

Is it possible to cook in the apartments?

Yes, our apartments are equipped with a kitchenette provided with plates, glasses, cutlery and pots. There are no tablecloths nor napkins.

Is the Wi-Fi service avaliable?

Yes, the Wi-Fi connection is available on large bandwidth. We can also offer you email, fax and ticket printing services for free.

Are animals allowed?

Yes, small dogs are allowed but only after previous agreement with our agency.
